WHY CHOOSE EMBROIDERY?

An embroidery looks crisp, distinct, and professional. It’s precise with near-perfect quality, which is why it’s the must-have imprint method to some of the fancy and elite. In addition, an embroidery can last a long time with right care of the garment - embroidery thread doesn’t wash or fade out. Embroidery has longer lifespan than ink transfer in screen printing as the thread holds up the fabric.

PRICE OF EMBROIDERY:
An initial set-up fee of RM80-RM300/set excluding GST (price varies due to its number of stitches and complexity). Then, each embroidery is charged separately, depending on the quantity.
*Mould set-up fee is non-refundable
 
TURNAROUND TIME:

5 - 7 business days from the day of approval.
3 - 5 business days express service available. Surcharge applies.

For Embroidery Orders with Client's Items:

GreenChef is committed to customer satisfaction but can't control all circumstances.

  • Rare accidents can occur during embroidery (e.g., needle breaks, thread pulls); GreenChef isn't liable for client-supplied item damage.
  • GreenChef can reject client-supplied items unsuitable for embroidery.
  • Clients must ensure their items are defect-free before delivery.

Return Policy

  • Under no circumstances will GreenChef issue returns, exchanges, or reimbursements on items that have already been monogrammed with the customisation a customer ordered themselves. As per our Embroidery Disclaimer, we are not responsible for incorrectly typed information that the customer provides themselves. 
  • If an item is processed incorrectly and it was GreenChef who made the error, reimbursement will be communicated between an GreenChef representative and the customer. We do this on a case-by-case basis.
